Golden Eagle DOA

My GE has failed to boot, says no video pc video sync on touch screen, and hard drive light not flashing. I'm thinking the drive died. Anyone know how to replace the drive? :(
Trim to fit, paint to match, tune for minimum smoke.

I know that the drive can be cloned from a working box, though that may void the calibration. However if you just need it for notifications and monitoring it works well.

HD maybe OK, looks like fan on processor died. Processor is glued on the mb. Sigh. :(

Yep...they don't make them very user serviceable.
