TAS/LMS?

When I was first a master control op, well over a decade ago, I seem to recall a shop running LMS automation for the Betacarts, and I also seem to recall it being driven by TAS, which controlled all the air elements. Does this sound about right?

I believe LMS (Louth Media Service) was what's most recently known as Louth, now owned by Harris. Not sure what TAS is..

It will be interesting to see if some Private Equity firm that takes over the Harris Broadcast Division spins off, or completely liquidates some of the smaller companies that Harris absorbed, then proceeded to devalue by neglect. Louth, OSI Traffic, PR&E, Intraplex, Leitch, and Encoda were all great smaller companies that made great products and software in the days prior to being eaten.

Well, there was a Sony LMS -- "Library Management System", I think it stood for.
