VIdeo for conference room.

Can anyone recomend a good tuner that can be set up for our conferences room? What I need is a Cable input (should be both analog and digital selectable) then HDMI video and Audio (analog or DIgital ) out to go to a fancy Denon head end for our projection and sound system. I'm a radio guy with limited recent experience in TV.

How about the HD digital STB from the cable company? Perhaps even the DVR model so you can record your evening programming (or anything else that may be the subject of discussion) for meetings?
