uhf amplifier

I'm looking for a solid state UHF amplifier for ham tv use on 432mhz. Will consider tube gear if it's reasonably compact in size.
At this point I have an exciter that can pump out a watt or two, so need to jack my power up to a more reasonable level, like a kilowatt
Or whatever power level I make with cheap/free equipment.

let me know if you have anything, or will have anything in a week or so :D

So a 15' long, 6' tall, 3' deep unit is a bit too big then?
