SCOTUS tosses FCC indecency penalties

says stations, networks not responsible for Bono cussing, Jackson flashing:

The way I'm reading this one is that it's not about "the FCC can't fine you for fleeting indecency", it's about "the FCC can't fine you for fleeting indecency unless their rules say they can fine you for fleeting indecency".

Yeah, it was basically a procedural ruling which invalidated the fines *this time*. No precedents are set, nothing to see here...move along.

Not sure what the tabloid headline here is supposed to convey.
