3rd-adjacent LPFM bill passes Congress

Yesterday, the Senate passed a bill that greatly loosens the restrictions placed on the use of 3rd-adjacent channels for LPFMs. The bill had already passed the House. Nobody expects President Obama to veto it, so I think we can presume this will become reality.
