Louis King passes away

Postby RFWarrior » Mon Nov 02, 2009 1:13 pm

Given the amount of work they have done relating to AM directionals, antenna tuning and several other applications, it's probably just as appropriate to post here as anywhere. We just got word via Tom King that his dad, Louis, has passed away - some of you may recall Louis received the NAB Engineering achievement award not too long ago. He is going to be missed.

God Bless, Louis, it was an honor to be able to meet you.

Louis Kings' passing is indeed a sad moment...those of us that work on AM Directionals certainly know of his work over the years and I for one am grateful for his contributions.

May he rest in Peace

Wow...I just talked to Tom last week. That's a big loss. I've known the Kings for over 25 years and they've always been top shelf folks.
